Motel Rocks is the worst for customer service. It takes them days to 7 days respond to an email and when they finally respond, they are not helpful. I bought a pair of jeans ($100) in November for my daughter to give her on Christmas. Unfortuantely they did not fit, and I emailed them on Dec 26th reqesting return or credit since the website stated the date was past the return date. They finally emailed back - 7 days later- and said that I missed the seasonal extension date!!!!! and they didnt even respond on whether or not i could receive a credit. I would never support this business again!!!!
