Bought jeans for daughter for Christmas but they were huge, started the return at a ridiculously high cost to me & posted it 3 days later. A whole month later I have heard nothing. I messaged & was told it could take 15 days…….its been a month. I will never purchase again & I will not be recommending your company to anyone.
