I ordered a dress for my graduation. I live in the US and did not realize the brand was from England. When it came the dress looked nothing like the photo the quality was awful. It was super short too (my lady parts were flashing when I moved in it). I remembered the site said returns were easy and no hassle so I assumed like Princess Polly I could return for free. They charged me $22.50 USD to return the thing. Absolutely ridiculous I regret wasting my money here I just wanted a grad dress. Very disappointed. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You can order this brand on Princess Polly and not get ripped off!
