Initially I was confused as the item purchased was listed as "in stock", but when I checked my order, it said "backordered", so I sent an email and got a very prompt response saying it was being dispatched that day, and received the cot I purchased in a very quick timeframe. Definitely exceeded my expectations!! Great price, great service. Would definitely recommend!
