I ordered a talisman bracelet with white howlite. I adored the packaging and design and also the personal touch of a handwritten card. Unfortunately, the bracelet had a slight imperfection. I emailed Motley and they’d responded by the next working day with a prepaid returns address. Within a few days I had a replacement which is absolutely perfect. I cannot fault their customer service, it was such an easy process and they were really personable and friendly. I’ll definitely recommend Motley to others. I already had in any event because I loved the theme and designs of the particular collection and the charitable donation as part of the purchase. Thank you! X
