I will NEVER use this company again! (Moto novo finance) I have recently voluntarily terminated my car as I had it over the half way mark & by law this is allowed with no fixed penalty. I was given false information multiple times & was told I owed more then what I did with 4 different figures over the space of 3 weeks. The customer service was disgusting. I felt like, more than a few of the customer service team, were trying to intimidate me into keeping the car full term & paying a debt that I legally did not owe. I wrote a formal complaint & opened a case with financial ombudsman as I was told I would have to pay a extra £3000 ( even though I gave back a car worth: £14-15,000 , that they were going to sell at auction) I was also told that if I didn’t pay this sum, that the debt would be passed on to a debt collection Agency & that my credit file would be effected. My balance is now at zero. Guys: I had to fight my corner & although it was stressful at times, it was worth the outcome. I believe this company is a scam. My advice is stay well clear.
