Needed a custom 2 e-bike rack for a couple very long e-bikes. I put it off until the last minute. Mowtow got the job done fast then arranged for expedited shipping. Just to make it more fun UPS changed our delivery address so there was no way we would get the rack in time. Mowtow responded to my desperate emails within minutes and fixed the problem with virtually no delay. On top of all of this, they were actually fun to work with; very nice folks! The rack itself is a marvel of smart American design, engineering and construction. Well worth the price. Exceptional experience- exceptional product!
