I purchased the 18" adjustable motorcycle hitch as a means to transport my KTM Duke 390 (about 400 pounds) for an upcoming out-of-state move. There was a shipment delay of several weeks due to back order. There was no communication regarding the matter until I called about a week after I ordered the item. I was offered the 24" with no delay, but decided to wait. My only recommendation would be that the company provide order updates so the customer doesn't wonder what's going on. I docked the review by one star because of the communication matter. I did a test run of the product hitched to a 2020 Honda CRV. I had installed a rear view camera just to keep an eye on it. I must admit I was initially nervous about pulling the motorcycle. But, the nervousness wore off after 20 miles of testing on winding roads and the interstate.
