It was missing the hitch stabilizer which according to my parts list was standard, but Motow said it was optional. I can’t see why, I tried towing it a short distance at slow speed and I can see and hear the hitch bouncing around. But because I did use it just the one test run, they will not take it back. The front wheel has to be perfectly in line with the rear, I tried strapping the handle bars at the grips bit it started gouging them and the directions say not to over tighten. So, I felt it was just not stable enough and that was no faster than 35 mph, I can’t imagine higher speeds on the highway. I could not find one single negative review. I’m an avid rider, but not reckless. We all know that the road can be unforgiving, and towing in this manner you’re just asking for trouble. Sorry for the negative review, but I have to be honest
