Online is unreliable, Ordered on March 28 and after 5 days of noticing no changes in shipment tracking information I requested for a refund but customer service said "it could have been that there were no scanning done between locations and have to wait for few days", I waited 3 more days with no progress and requested for refund again. The customer service this time asked me if I really want a refund? and I replied on the email Yes but responded thru email that since it has already been shipped refund could not be processed(What a waste of time...). Then she let me know to wait again until he 12th of April for the package to arrive and the tracking has been updated. When I checked the shipment tracking information, it did changed and it was being shipped from one of their location on that day. Their online order is a gong show and CS keeps lying to their teeth. What a great customer service! Not shopping on their store anymore
