Bought 'Guaranteed 100% waterproof' jackets. First time jacket was worn it was raining and I felt wet.
Returned jacket to store where staff insisted it didn't leak, couldn't return despite '100% satisfaction guarantee' policy as I had worn it.
Spoke to customer services who basically said 100% waterproof does not mean you wont get wet!
In the end returned item to another store, said it was wrong size, refunded no problem.
