Here is what happen. I shopped on your web site for about an hour and found some items I choose to purchase. Many/most items I wanted were not available in the size I needed, so it took a while to find a acceptable items. A few days after I ordered those items, I received an email from MW stating that about half of those items were not available. It is important to note that those items were displayed as available when I ordered them on your web site, so your web site was not functioning properly. Unfortunately, those were the items I wanted most.
MW's solution was to provide me with a code for free shipping on my next order. I returned to your web site and spent another hour searching for suitable replacements for the items I ordered before, but later found, due to malfunction of your web site, that those items were not available. After finding replacements and going through the check-out process, near the end of the check out process I entered the code you provided for free shipping and it did not work. At that point responded to your earlier email regarding the free shipping to inform you that your code did not work. Your solution is that I can go back to your web site, spend more time shopping to find something suitable, and then contact you about having the shipping charges removed. From this series of incidence and your responses to them, I am concluding that MW does not value my time and does not have the expertise/competence to operate an online business that is fair to customers (I realize American standards are a little higher than British, in that regard).
I do wish to receive any further email from MW. Please remove me from your contact list.

I just tried to use the "promo code" you provided below for free shipping on a new order, but it does not work. When I enter it I get the response, "The coupon code you entered does not apply to any shipment."
I hope you can correct this quickly, as this is now two consecutive orders that the Mountain Warehouse web site was not functional.
