Bought a back door mat from this company after 3 weeks product developed a tear. E mailed company sent a photo of fault their answer wouldn't do anything about it as it was due to 'wear and tear' This mat sits at a back door of my daughter's house which she hasn't even Moved into yet so I would dread to think what faults would of developed if the mat had been used all the time. Maybe I was just supposed to set it in a frame so that it could be looked at, I thought a door mat was for wiping your feet on. The company says all products have a one year guarantee they should release the claim to say depending on if we see fit. A very dissatisfied customer who certainly won't be purchasing anything else from them and I would warn others to do the same AVOID A tear
