I live in Scotland so do most of my shopping with you online we are currently on holiday in Kendal and had a problem with a jacket that my wife bought recently. Just got in touch with the Kendal shop and they replaced it no questions asked. What fantastic customer service that is we will continue to support this great company and would certainly recommend brilliant customer service very very well done
