I ordered a ski jacket which was 11/12 my daughter tried its was small and when I looked inside its 9-10 and the one that was on the front its 11/12. I was very very dissatisfied for that because I ordered the right size and they gave me the size. One thing I need to go to store to return it again which is not supposed to if only they gave the right size that time.
