The website said they were low on stock of the item I wanted. The store had just received their stock, so they weren't low. The item was in a box in the back. Though there were two staff in the store and no other customers, the salesgirl wasn't willing to look! I travelled an hour to get there and the girl knew it. Customer service, online, wasn't any better. They didn't read my submission properly so talked about something else. People should check out other review sites since elsewhere I found only two positive reviews, both of them inferring that the people complaining shouldn't be. It was rather obvious that the two positive reviews were submitted by someone who owns, works for, or is a friend of someone from Mountain Warehouse!
