We had our furnace go out last Saturday oct 24th. We called Mountain Air to send someone out. We were afraid it would take days to get it fixed. They came out a couple of hours after we called. The service man,JD came snd looked at out furnace and as he did he explained everything he was doing. Luckily it was only a part broken and not the whole furnace. JD left and came back with the part within 30 minutes. As he was replacing the part,he explained again what he was doing. He said his company likes to keep the customer informed so they will understand what's going on. We also purchased a program they have where they come out at the beginning of the seasons and check your furnace and air conditioner and run a diagnostic on them to see if they are running well. This saves money on them coming out. Good company and very good technician. Thank you Mountain Air and JD
