This was without a doubt the worst… This was without a doubt the worst removal company I have had the misfortune to experience. Yes they are “professional” in gaining your trust for your business, but unfortunately they are anything but in executing their service. Underestimated the workload, ran significantly over the estimated time, packed most items with black polythene sheeting, dismantled so many things to fit into their Luton vans, (which were probably hired), damaged many of our possessions and in the end failed to complete the agreement necessitating the hire of an alternative company to finish the job. In addition to all this, members of their staff were insulting, sarcastic and abusive. I found them to be mercenary and untrustworthy and would not recommend them to anyone. I finished up paying a higher price than that originally agreed for a service that was incomplete and most unsatisfactory. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Also suggest you treat any favourable reviews with the utmost caution!
