I am writing this, whilst working in Australia on business, as a last resort to stop anyone else using this company based on my experience - I will of course leave it entirely up to yourselves to decide whether to use or not
Upto the point of the initial quote and removal to storage of my goods the process went smooth
Then when my goods were delivered it broke my heart as items were scratched, settee's ripped, items dented (photo's sent to company) and the best piece was when they tried to reverse the van with the dropdown onto the drive and ripped into the resin drive
Photo's and details then sent and they advised that a review would take place (read T&C's carefully as you have 7 days to provide original receipts or a quote for the repair) - then suddenly a legal representative introduces himself (still trying to validate his identify) and after a review its all my fault for lack of packing even though some of the items had blue paint imbedded in then from the storage facility and the drive is down to us as well but they will provide a bottle of resin for me to repair and a £25 allowance as a good will gesture for the rip in the settee - I could go on but I think this gives you the general idea and as I said before this is my experience and has left a very bad taste - YOUR DECISION IF YOU WANT TO RISK IT
