This company is absolutely horrific and I was shocked to have been treated in such a way. They charged me a small fortune, broke numerous of my items and also lost two boxes. No effort was made on their end to rectify the situation. In addition to this, you will never ever get the owner himself/herself to call you directly - instead he has his unprofessional employees do so. There are tons of great mover in NYC, use them instead to ensure your belongings are safe and you will be treated with respect/kindness.
