Spent 439 on an electric mower. First one failed, second one failed so I asked for a refund.
Many calls and many months later, promise of refund after promise of refund now money returned by Mowdirect.
I raised a section 75 complaint to get my kidney back from the bank.
Awful company, poor product and poor service.
