I purchased a pair of fitflops as the price was the best online and they were promptly dispatched. Unfortunately I received the wrong ones in error, however after contacting Sophie, this was quickly rectified and the correct pair were sent immediately for next day delivery, without my having to return the other ones first. Full marks for customer service and I will certainly be buying again in the future ... I highly recommend for both price and service!
