I purchased a pair of Rieker shoes from your Nantwich store in September 2020. In December one of the soles came away from the rest of the shoe. I could not get back to the store until the lockdown ended. Today I went in and was rudely informed that there was nothing they could do because the shoe had become wet and that is why the sole became separated. Nowhere in the literature with the shoe does it say that you should not go out in the shoe if it is raining! I was treated without any courtesy by the shop. I would like to know what you are going to do about this. Yours Brian Brinson
