I contacted Mozimo after DPD had mislaid my parcel in transit.They were amazing. Despite ot being the New Year bank holiday, they rang me twice to reassure me that they would sort it...and they did! Not only that but I saved £16 poundsin their sale on my favourite Reiker trainers !
