Only used online as the shoes were not in stock in Chester, I useually buy from the store. Thought home delivery would sve me another trip in.
Tracking useful to know when parcel was being delivered.
However - Shoe box arrive completely CRUSHED but shoes inside were ok.
The shoes pinched slightly so I returned them to a shop, useful option to know they got back safely.
