So far so good. All went well with the ordering process, and the shoes were delivered on time. I've now found I've ordered the wrong size, but the 'exchange' process is pretty smooth, so I'm just about to go down this road. I've contacted Mozimo, and they've already logged on their system that I'll be returning the shoes and asking for an exchange. Famous last words, but given my experience with Mozimo so far I see no reason why things shouldn't continue to go smoothly.
