BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING TRANSPORTATION!!!I wanted transportation when I arrived in Miami. I changed my hotel, so I cancelled my transportation too. I wanted a refund, it was 3 days before my trip. MOZIO refused, even though it says free cancellations. Instead they offered me a coupon code. I tried the code. It did not work. I want my $98 back!!!!
I want a full REFUND. They refused. When I arrived in Miami, I used an Uber. Much cheaper and no headache.
