Everything was as expected for our trip from cancun airport to the Westin Lagunamar resort. The only disappointing part was that it said driver gratuities were included but upon arrival at the resort , the driver expected a gratuity. We paid but just felt it unfair to say on site that the gratuities are included in price and then having to pay additional monies.
Would recommend Mozio as we have used several times and have been fairly happy with service and pricing!
