I had a reservation for the Haneda , Japan airport pick up scheduled for October 9th, 2023 Confirmation Number: MOZ9bf7aaa. My flight was delayed, and the United Airlines put me on a different flight to arrive to Narita airport in Japan. I immediately contacted the company to notify about the arrival changes, but nobody picked up the phone. I also contacted the driver, and he was able to pick me up at the Narita airport. He also tried to contact the company to notify about the changes, but wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. At his request, I paid him 16,000 JPY to get a ride to my hotel. Since I paid for the pick up twice, I requested a refund for the 1st ride. I was contacted by Adriana Erben who refused to refund my fees for the 1st ride. I don't understand why Mozio company thinks it's OK to steal money from the customers. I will be disputing these charges thru my credit card.
