I had an excellent experience with Mozzio. I used it 3 times in Egypt. - The vehicle did meet my expectations (which was important because of special sport Equipment and large suitcases we were travelling with). - The driver was very nice and proffesionnal. - At the airport, the taxi was waiting for us. - For pickups at the hotel, the taxi arrived 10 min later than agreed on, but it was not a problem as we scheduled it well on time. - On my return to the airport, one of my kid forgot her bag in the taxi, and she realized it while we were already in the airport, having passed all security and customs gates… and guess what, the driver brought it back to the airport and was running into the airport to give it back to us, and we still got our flight, just in time ! That was an amazing service !!
