I have used Mozio twice and I was very happy. The first time I booked via the app from the UK and was easy to use. The cars were nice and clean. The first time was at the airport after a long flight from Europe. The driver was very polite and we had a nice conversation. The second time was after a domestic flight though this time the driver didn't say a word which was fine with Me as I didn't feel like chatting. When I booked the second time via the app I noticed that the destination address was wrong and I couldn't change it so I had to contact them. They were very helpful with making this change.
