The driver was excellent, but since we were the first customers picked up, it took over an hour to actually complete pick up before heading to the airport. The last customers picked up had excessive, and over large baggage that the driver made ever effort to accommodate. However perhaps the web-bookings need to be clearer so that passengers do not place the driver in the position of handling it, (was now on top of all other baggage) or potentially leaving it behind.
