My daughter and her partner came for lunch 26th Jan and had very bad service , you ran out of chips her lemonade was flat ( pregnant so not drinking) and was told you wouldn’t change it ,it was all very rushed and the fish n chips(fries) were average for what you charge, it was her birthday treat and they were totally underwhelmed , I emailed this complaint and was told it would be passed to management! That was 3 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing - to add insult to injury a £8 service charge was added to the bill which they asked to be removed ! Shall not be recommending especially when no one can be bothered to deal with negative feedback absolutely shocking!
