Ordered 2 things in quick succession; both free postage so made no difference. 1st item came no probs, all good, very happy.
Then suddenly got refund notice from PayPal with explanation, so was typing email to Mr.Pets, with all the order No's & details blah blah, when I then got email from them which said same thing but also explained they had no stock and wouldn't e getting any soon.
Appreciate their quick actions to the issue, but I would have liked the opportunity wait or discuss my options, if they were definitely not going to get any for a long while or again.
I understand this simply a system thing, but that's sort of my point, they allowed the system to do their dirty work, completely eliminating any personal touch or customer consultation in the process. Systems shouldn't be allowed to or be made to try and converse with customers - things/issues like this need to be handled by PEOPLE. That's what customers' value.
