I would have given 5* but for the fact that I was so impressed with the service/product that I wanted to order another 2 days after delivery of the item, but I could not get through on the website due to non-acceptability of my password. On applying for a resetting of the password I was not able to access the website to do so. I have since emailed direct to Customer Services but have not heard anything for two days.
