Great quality products and fantastic customer service - I will definitely be using Mr Pets again.
Unfortunately an item ordered was not delivered (although it was posted promptly from Mr Pets) and deemed lost by the Post Office - After making enquiries of the Post Office and contacting Mr Pets they offered a replacement item or a full refund - which they honoured without any further questions - fantastic people to do business with - customer service second to none!
