I would like to suggest that if an order is to be sent using a two posting system, then a statement to that effect on the initial invoice should state, ' Part Order Only', 'second package to follow'.
I did not fully read the email I received confirming my order and therefore failed to see that there was a possibility of two separate parcels.
This is not a criticism only a suggestion.
