The service provided was excellent. I bought two dog whistles. The only problem: there is an option to tune the sound of the whistle. If you don't tighten it right up after use it will fall off. I gave one to my sister, and she ended up loosing one half of the whistle within a day. Mine also came off too, but luckily was still in my coat pocket.
