Very impressed, last time I ordered flea drops for my puppy it's weight fell in a lower dose band, I reordered but never thought to change her weight as she is now fully grown. They contacted me and asked me to confirm her weight as I had ordered the dose for the next weight bracket, which she now was in. They take the business very seriously and this showed their concern for animal welfare. I've used them for a number of years and will continue to do so with my new pup. Many thanks
