Quick delivery considering a bank holiday weekend got in the way. Excellent communication from the seller throughout. It's made of a firm canvas type material with good stiching, good quality for the price paid. It's taken Wilma (the dog!) a little while to get used too the collar purchased, although she has worked out that if she rubs herself along something, the collar will turn back on itself, intelligent mutt, not a product fault!! On the whole, it seems to be working.
