Used them and won a total of £59 I felt the games looked cheap so I withdrew this money on the 28th of August, 12 days and numerous ignored emails later still no money and they claim its either my banks fault or a problem in between but not them. I mentioned that a lot of other people have said same thing on trustpilot and was told it doesn't happen often. So as it seems its the banks fault, the systems fault and everyone who has complained is a liar. Stay well away
