Absolutely terrible. I could never imagine it could possibly happen. Ordered RL Polo track suite. It came terribly smelling. Returned by DHL and it has been 21 days since the arrival of the parcel and nothing so far. Every day I receive a message promising "a relevant department will investigate this issue".
No REFUND!
