I lost 1500 euro by Mr Porter
I have been a customer of Mr Porter for many years now, but this has been changed now by their terrible service. A package got lost and I did not receive it. When I called, Mr Porter told me it was clear that I did not receive it as the signature was done by someone from UPS and clearly not by me. The customer service of Mr Porter told me that this will be solved soon. Now, a few weeks later, they tell me that they cannot do anything for me and they say that the signature, which is clearly done by a UPS employee (because it says UPS id), is the proof of delivery and I am not getting a refund or replacement. I saved up for months to make this purchase and purposely had it be a signed delivery, I stayed home the whole day to make sure I can receive it and then this happens. I am furious, emotionally damaged and lost so much money because of this. I really hope they will still find a fitting solution because this is terrible. First telling me that they can see it has not been delivered and then not act on it afterwards.
