The bowties themselves are excellent. Great product, matching perfectly the website picture. Unfortunately the shipment was subject to hefty custom fees (25 CHF for a 70 CHF order), which I did not expect. I was ordering from switzerland and the website lists the price in CHF, which led me to believe that shipment to Switzerland was arranged for without additional costs (through a subsidiary or by other means). I understand that UK is not part of the EU and Bowties doesn't have control over custom fees, but I think that when making the purchase it should be at least clarified that such fees may be expected when shipping to certain world zones. I contacted support about the issue and I never got an answer.
