I ordered £500 worth of BowTies as I wasn’t sure which would go best with my suit. They were sent by APC-Overnight (who were a NIGHTMARE to deal with and delivered them to the wrong address and then when told they would redeliver did not!) When I finally received my order I settled on a bow-tie and wanted to order a pocket square to which I was told “we are no longer accepting new orders” so I unfortunately had to send all the bow ties back. I have since been trying to speak to somebody about an update on my return/refund. I have emailed twice and instagrammed twice and not had any form of response?
