Return process is a scam. Returns are your own cost & if you don't do recorded delivery, they simply advise they haven't received your return. Recorded delivery was costing me £7 for a £26 bow tie. Would have lost 30% of the cost of item just for returning. Did normal stamp & put in letterbox, now advising they haven't received which is convenient. Seems they are just scamming me out of refund.
