Have not received item 1 week after estimated delivery date given by shipping company. Its starting point according to the tracking info was within my city so its very frustrating. Now the tracking info is not available. Not the retailers fault but would be great to be told which company will deliverying. Past experience has meant I would have avoided if I needed the item at a certain time (it was a present)
