Got me back into weights, improved my strength and realised that intervals are a great way to get fit fast! Used to think 25km was a big ride but completed the Whaka 100 in Rotorua, NZ last year - 100 km single track in 8 hours and 45 mins would never have done this without 12 week programme and Facebook posts etc.
