Morning Matt I subscribed to the MTB fitness app on the 31 May and I have completed 50 hours using your app since then with approximately half of that time completing the workouts, stretches and intervals. I am on an extended holiday and so training is not easy, but despite the extra mural activities that go with holidays, I’ve noticed a tangible difference in my riding and conditioning since joining. I’m stronger up the hills, can sustain the effort for longer and my body feels stronger and seems to be more capable of dealing with challenging trails. I’m looking forward to my next multi-stage MTB race later on in the year! The things I find most useful using your programme and app are as follows: 1. Exercises are tailored for MTB riding and for busy lifestyles where training can be done anywhere and under any conditions 2. After picking up an initial ITB niggle, my core, legs and shoulders have all got stronger and these muscle groups feel stronger and more supple 3. The interval training is excellent when combined with the gym sessions 4. The exercise routines are well structured and the timer makes the sessions work well along with your instructive videos. I also like the calendar and monitoring of the exercises that also link to my other apps such as Strava. This is motivational and encourages one to sustain the disciplines and the consistency of effort Well done and thank you. I certainly haven’t regretted the decision I made to join! Regards Richard
