We attempted to call, email, and send reports, but none were successful. When I phoned L O U D O U I N / C OM, they made sure I got every penny back, even though I was upset and thought I'd never see my money again. Mtrading thought they had effectively taken my money. I would urge everyone not to trust these people since they are genuine con artists that defrauded me.
